1. Shipping Areas

Eshal Hajj & Umrah Store currently ships to all states and union territories within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery location:

  • Maharashtra: ₹80 per kg (minimum 1 kg)
  • Other States: ₹120 per kg (minimum 1 kg)

3. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping option:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times by location:

  • Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 3-6 business days
  • Rural Areas: 5-8 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

7. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts:

  • First attempt: At the provided address during business hours
  • Second attempt: Next business day
  • Third attempt: Following business day

If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our facility, and you will be contacted for alternative arrangements.

8. Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address
  • Include a valid phone number for delivery coordination
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package

All packages are insured for their declared value. In case of damage or loss during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier company.
